Equipment Refund Questions

Any Equipment provided by Everise should be returned back to Everise.

 

This Does NOT include: Employee Provided Headset, 2nd Monitor, 2nd Monitor cable

Step 1: Return Label Request Form Follow this link to a Return Label Request Form Based on your responses in Step 1, you will receive an automated email with custom instructions for Step 2 How do I get a return label? (2 Steps) Step 2: Create Your Own Label/QR Code or Email After completing Step 1, you will receive an automated email based on the information you provided to a confirmation email or a link to a FedEx Fulfillment site where you can create your own QR Code / Return Label to Print. *Be sure to fill out YOUR information on these forms as it will automatically put in our return address once submitted

Time to pack up the equipment!

Head back to the website and choose which equipment you’re packing up the AiO or PC Tower if you have specific questions on how to repackage your equipment.

Remember to pack everything securely so that nothing is moving around during shipment.

Typically, it can take approximately 2-6 weeks to process as payments are sent out on the regularly scheduled paydays. Refunds will be sent via direct deposit to the same account your paychecks were sent to after the equipment has been received and tested.

Mini Timeline: Label Created > FedEx receives Equipment ~3-5 Business Days Ground Shipping > Shipping Vendor verifies quality of equipment ~5 Business Days > HR Submits to Payroll on opposite Friday from Payroll Date (example, if we receive word that equipment is good on Wednesday the 1st, and the payroll date is the same week, Friday the 3rd, HR will submit Incentives on the following Friday the 10thand expected to be paid on the 17th

It will be sent as Direct Deposit to the banking information that is on file in Workday. If you need to change, please contact HR at USHRBusinessPartner@weareeverise.com. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Bank name
  • Bank account number
  • Routing number
  • Checking / Savings

If you have your tracking number, you can check the FedEx website.

For the amount expected to receive, please contact HR at USHRBusinessPartner@weareeverise.com.

If you need more than one return label because you have multiple boxes to ship back, you will need to submit the form in the link above multiple times. (Example: 3 boxes = 3 labels = 3 times filled out the link)
If you need to reschedule your pickup date, please email EveriseReturns@c3connect.com back instead of submitting a new form.
If you already have the label provided to you from your original box, you can send an email EveriseReturns@c3connect.com and alert us that you will be using your original return label and provide us with the tracking number.
If you would like to choose to drop your fully packed and labeled box at a FedEx drop off location, you can email EveriseReturns@c3connect.com and let us know and we can cancel the scheduled pick up.Want to know the closest FedEx drop off locations to you? Check this link.
If you're unable to print out the 'Print Your Own Label', but have the shipping supplies, please send an email to EveriseReturns@c3connect.com to request a return label to be mailed to you via snail mail. Once you receive the label in the mail send us another email to reschedule your Scheduled FedEx Pick Up
